General Timeline
1888- Construction on City Hall began.
1889- Construction on City Hall ended.
1899- Rung daily at 9 pm, the bell announced curfew.
1930- Bell rang to celebrate the Neenah High boy's basketball team winning state title.
1972- City hall was vacated and plans to raze it were formed. In response, citizens began a movement to 'Save the Clock Tower'.
1975- The 110 foot tall clock tower is the only part of the old City Hall left.
